First Class Service
The firm I used was LOGICFOAM INSULATIONS .An excellent job done by a 2-man team in 3-hours. The Install team were on time, polite and well organised with the whole job completed in a couple of hours to a high standard. They offered up useful information about the product and HomeLogic. They left my home clean and tidy upon leaving the house but unfortunately it was missed that some foam had protruded from the roof tiles at the rear of the house.
The work was carried out 3 working days later. The workmen were on time and worked very quickly and quietly. They made very little mess and cleared up everything before they left.
Loft foam installation
The 12-month quote was £6100 for a 3 bed semi. Then sales agent offered it at cost price at £2600 if I was to buy it there and then. Meaning the possible profit margins would have been 130% (£3500). The justification was it covers the possible increase in cost to perform the work over 12 months.
This product also removed the threat of condensation on rafters and provisioned for insulation that could remain if we ever dormered the bungalow. The workmen were polite at all times and cleaned up afterwards. The first team forgot to spray in 2 places which were rectified by team 2 . The job was done well at the time specified, completed quickly with polite and helpful employees.
We were previously waiting to get solar panels via Solar Together and our local council, but it was taking months. So we gave up and went to home logic instead and we are glad that we did. The team who came and did the work were very efficient, friendly and left everything very clean and tidy.
Waste of time money and energy. BEAWARE.

Owner of this business has been in prison for fraud. The two workmen arrived on time, and did the work in just a few hours, and left everything tidy. Quick installation from a well drilled team and were very tidy by cleaning up after.very professional company well worth dealing with and will do if we move in the future. They told me they were carrying out market research and would carry out a free energy review. They informed me that if the survey highlighted any issues they could apply for grants on my behalf that would greatly reduce the cost of the work. When their extremely friendly and likeable engineer came to my home he recommended Icynene spray foam insulation. He told us the felt in the loft was brittle and there was mould on the wood beams. He took pictures and e-mailed them to apply for the grant. The Surveyor was really friendly and explained the process of both solar panels and loft insulation.

Stressful job with pressuring customers to buy while being pressured by office, no expenses paid, long hours, lots of driving, questionable leads, not great pay for most of salespeople. The install department gave a customary phone call the day before install to inform me of the who would be carrying out the job and to reiterate their arrival time. We are very happy with the final result but not so happy with how we got there.
